Loading Plixico…
Finding a hostel, PG or flat in India usually means broker calls, unclear listings, and paying a full deposit before you've even seen the room. Plixico exists to fix that — a platform where every listing comes straight from the owner, every booking is protected, and students and working professionals can help each other out through bed subletting and item rentals instead of relying on brokers.
Verified accommodation
Every hostel on Plixico goes through an approval process before it can accept bookings — no fake listings, no bait-and-switch photos.
Buyer-protected payments
Your deposit and first month's rent are held safely for 2 days after you move in, so you can back out with a fair refund if the hostel doesn't match what was listed.
Built with students, for students
Going home for a break? Rent your bed to another student instead of paying for an empty room. Need something for a few weeks? Rent it from someone nearby instead of buying it.
